Functions


If you are looking for somewhere to have function we have the perfect space for you. We have seating for up to 80 people in our spacious award winning restaurants. For bookings of 12 or more people we have two standard set-menu’s. If you would rather a tailored menu we can do that too.

Why use a set-menu?

Our set-menu’s gives your group the best possible pricing. It gives you the choice of some of our most popular menu items and means you can tell your guest exactly what there food will cost. At our end it makes serving larger tables more efficient and makes the kitchens job a little bit easier.

Can my group use the function menu?

Set-menu’s is available for groups of over 12 people only. If your group is over 15 people you must use a set-menu.

Pricing

– 3 course (entree, main, dessert): $55 per person

– 2 course set menu (breads for the table, main, dessert): $45 per person

– 2 course set menu (entree, main): $47 per person

Entrée
Arancini (v)Arborio rice, sun-dried tomato, mozzarella, panko crumb & garlic aioli. OR

Eye Fillet (gf)

Chicken (gf) Free range chicken breast, bacon & herb dauphinoise, carrot & thyme puree, seasonal vegetable with red wine & pepper jus. OR
Duck (gf) Orange & plum confit duck atop kumara & pumpkin crush cake, red cabbage, ginger & baby spinach. OR
Market Fish (gf) Fresh market fish, polenta, corn salsa & prawn with caper herb butter sauce. 

Dessert
Apple Crumble Brulée (gf-opt) 
Cinnamon infused custard, caramelised sugar, white chocolate, apple foam & Kapiti vanilla bean ice cream. OR
Cheesecake (gf-opt) Chocolate cheesecake, malt biscuit, berry coulis & chantilly cream. OR
Affogato (gf-opt) Kapiti vanilla bean ice cream, Mt. Maunganui Fusion espresso & hazelnut liqueur with dark chocolate brownie. OR
Sticky Date Pudding Date sponge cake, toffee sauce, vanilla custard & chantilly cream.

  • Function menu must be arranged prior to the date of your booking.
  • A deposit during peak times or for large functions my be required.
  • Groups with special dietary requirements must inform us of requirements at least 7 days before the function. Gluten Free, Dairy Free or vegetarian options are available with notice. Please request more information 07 929 2332.
  • Numbers for functions must be confirmed 2 days prior to the function. Person/ company that confirms the booking will be charged for the confirmed number within 2 people.
  • Children under parental supervision are welcome.
  • Agenda’s dress code requires a tidy, causal standard of dress while dining (no singlets).
  • We don’t allow head dress (such as hats and caps) inside Agenda (Other than that worn for religious purpose).
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any person.
